ASUU has not threatened to go on strike, says official. Dr Ben Ugheoke, the Chairman, Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) University of Abuja's chapter, says the union has not issued strike notice to the Federal Government.
The strike is to commence on 16th, Wednesday, November 2016.
ASUU calls all her members to embark on the one week strike as a warning strike.
Four years back, ASUU went on an indefinite strike that affected most varsities under ASUU to have a change in school calendar.
